The information provided herein is provided to assist you in selecting an advertisement size and define the format to which to produce and submit it in the event you elect to design your own advertisement or have an agency prepare an advertisement for you.

Please note that certain ad sizes are not available in the Visitors Guide, Relocation Guide and Ventanas. Please look at a copy of the magazines at their respective websites to ascertain advertisement sizes commonly used or contact any of our sales experts for assistance. Exceptions are available with prior approval from the Sales Department.

It is extremely important that you adhere to the formats requested in the Advertising Design Specifications to ensure your advertisement will produce correctly and completely for printing.

Our Advertising Design Copy Due Dates are the last possible date we can receive an outside prepared advertisement for inclusion in the respective publication in which you are interested in placing an advertisement.
